Positive Strategies for Students With Behavior Problems

   
This manual helps school teams develop appropriate and effective individualized solutions for the relatively small number of students (generally about 3 to 5 percent of students in a school) with persistent behavior problems. It presents a systematic method called Positive Strategies, which centers on two major activities, conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
